Terrible experience. Terrible. My reservation was cancelled twice by Viator. When I booked a third time all seemed well. Upon arriving to actually take our tours, the operator said he did not see my name or reservation. I offered to provide the booking number, confirmation number, and a screenshot of the receipt and order and he just repeated “I don’t need it”. Now I have to wait on these people to give me a refund or for my credit card company to process my dispute- which ever happens first.
