We had a great experience with Mark and Joe. They were very knowledgeable and friendly as well as amenable. We missed the 1pm tour and they easily accommodated us and changed our tour to 1:30. The tour was about an hour as promised and we learned about the history as well as the present of Charlotte. They offered us multiple opportunities to get our picture taken in front of historical sites. I would highly recommend The Queen Bee tour!
