It was our first time going to a hot spring. It was a unique experience since we were surrounded by snow! Alan our guide was prompt in picking us up from our hotel. He was clear in giving us instructions. Yao was quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns. We highly recommend their company!

The driver was friendly and we felt safe traveling on the snowy roads to the hot springs. It was nice to nap in the car on the ride back into town.
