Peddle fell off 5 miles down cycle path. There was no follow up or compensation from company. Bike trail was great.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff, convenient location and bikes were in great shape. Had a gorgeous day riding along the Lake and were able to cover over 20 miles of ground. Perfect way to see the city. Will definitely be renting from Bobby's Bikes again for all my future visitors!

We always rent from this location when visiting Chicago. Usually we rent for four hours, but all day was just a few dollars more. They provide helmets, maps, locks and a repair kit. Location is right across from bike path that goes for miles on Lake Michigan in both directions. Lucas checked us in and gave us nice bikes. If you reserve online ahead of time you get 10% off.
