Alicia (sp?) was amazing!! She shared so much about Chicago’s history and took us all over the city! We were a little skeptical — our tour was at 5:30 p.m. — where would we go during rush hour? But Alicia knew exactly how to get to us (safely!) to great spots and iconic views! Thank you, Alicia — you did a great job! And really, just riding around on a Segway is a hoot!!

Jay and Jason were helpful, informative and hilarious. They made sure everyone was safe, felt safe and had a blast. The views on a clear night were breathtaking and they were always more than willing to take any photos for us. The only thing I would say could be improved is not all the headlights on the segways lit up and at the end it got very dark and was hard to see. They had flashlights and led the way but would have been helpful if all the segway lights worked. Would DEFINITELY recommend! Thanks Jason and Jay!
