Loved Australian Brian. Great and friendly guide with a good sense of humor and continuing growing knowledge base. He knew most of the history of the foods we were eating. The Chinese tend to identify their regions or towns with food. Brian took us to food from north, south, east and west China. Little Italy is nextdoor to Chinatown. Restaurants everywhere. We had famous-ish pizza and cannoli samples. We had 8-10 in our group which seemed about half the size of others. Much more managable.

We loved our Chinatown/Little Italy tour with Ryan! His knowledge of the history of the area and where to go for the best food was immeasurable and we experienced tastes we would never have discovered on our own. He was so sweet to our 11-year-old grandson, including him in conversation and making him feel included. We highly recommend Ryan for this great culinary experience!

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to some very interesting places as well as restaurants that served some very unique and delicious foods. We went to places we would never have gone to unless guided there by Ryan. It made our trip to New York City that much more memorable and fun. Thank you Ryan!
