*Our mission is to make your tour the highlight of your vacation! We will do everything we can to make that happen! Our captain is a local who has navigated these waters for over 40 years!

*Our tours are a Full 2 hours around Chincoteague and Assateague! We run all brand new boats and travel over 25 miles of coastline. Sunrise and Sunset tours available!

*Our tours allow you to have the best, up close and personal experience to see ponies and other wildlife such as eagles, ospreys, herons, egrets, pelicans, dolphin, and beautiful sunsets around Chincoteague and Assateague Islands.

*Each experience includes a tour of the island and cruise through small guts and waterways to get you up close to an abundance of wildlife and scenery.

*We look forward to sharing our Island with you!

Amazing, beautiful and educational. Our guide, Mike, native to the Chincoteague Island, was so informative about the area and the ponies 🐴🐴 Would definitely recommend 👏🏽

The tour starts out with Mike asking what everyone would like to see and he tries to accommodate all requests. Mike was incredible with his knowledge about the horses, areas to see them and getting up close and personal with the ponies. Also very familiar with other wildlife in the area Very comfortable boat. Been on several other tours and Up the Bay is top in my book. You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks for a great time Mike!

What a great tour! Captain Mike made us feel like we were getting on a friend's boat. He knew just where to take us to get up close and personal with the ponies, and knew the names of each stallion and the mares. I would imagine most boat tours would show you ponies, but Captain Mike's knowledge of the the area and it's history made for a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back.
