This can be done by taking the regular water taxi. Wasn't enough time stopped to take picture and it felt like a rush. The ride wasn't an hour. It was more like 50 minutes. Without the sunset, it's not worth the cost.

Great ride out to the Statue of Liberty! The views were perfect and the sky was beautiful! The staff was awesome and took pictures of groups for the guests in the boat!
