The tickets said to arrive at 6 pm for a 6:30 departure. We arrived at 6 as the boat left the dock. The employee said it was a 6pm departure time. We are working on a refund. So far, Viator is being polite.

My cousin and I had a great time on the sunset cruise. It was certainly a worthwhile experience. I would recommend arriving on time and bringing a jacket, as it can get chilly pretty quickly. We took really great pix & vids. They even slowed the boat down for a bit once we were at the Statue of Liberty. It was a perfect way to round off our trip.

Amazing experience. Very well organized. My only little complaint is that we were supposed to be there half an hour before 6 pm. but a lot of people were there at 5:30 pm. on be the first and select the best spots in the boat.
