For 36$ I was very disappointed in our ability to hop on and hop off. I swear there was only 1 bus running!! We rode for several stops and got off at the Eastern State Penitentiary. Took the tour (about an hour) and then waited OVER AN HOUR for another bus. This bus happened to be same we were on previously and last of day. Considering there were four of us and there was little to no hopping on/off, it was definitely not worth it. There should be buses hitting the various stops every fifteen minutes at least. It would have been easier and more economical to Uber.

The guides were interesting and knowledgeable of the area. I enjoyed that part of the tour. I only gave three stars because there were only two busses running so anytime my husband and I hopped off the bus we spent more time waiting for the next one to arrive than we did enjoying the sites we had hopped off for. Also they make you get off the bus when it gets back to the beginning and than wait ten or fifteen minutes for the next bus to arrive. I just felt like we spent a lot of time waiting for busses for the amount we paid.

Guide was knowledgeable, but had constant problems with microphone. Part of the tour could not be done due to shutdowns for a concert near the Art Museum. Frustrating!
