TripAdvisor keeps wanting me to review this experience. Sadly, we did not get to go due to high winds. The company gets 5 stars for communication. They offered us to go the next night in a different location or a refund. We could not do it during the rest of our stay in the area. The refund was credited to my card the same day, no hassle. Hopefully next time we are there we can make it happen.

Enjoyable kayak trip and was able to pick up tips about local marine and wildlife. Amy was a personable and knowledgeable guide.

We couldn't make the tour, it was nobody's fault. For a last minute change, the tour people tried contacting me by phone and email but I didn't have a working phone at that moment. They were kind enough to accept to refund me and requested Viator, the payment company by Trip Advisor, to do so. A week later I haven't received a refund and is impossible to talk to Viator. If you are planning to take the tour contact the Clear Kayak Glass Bottom people directly and book directly, do not use TripAdvisor to book your tour. Maybe next year I can do that and enjoy what seems to be a fun activity.
