We were rebooked 3x by the company and then they completely cancelled. It was the one excursion we planned for and they don’t respond to calls at all and after we reached out by message they cancelled completely, after speaking with locals. Maybe they should retire, sounds as if they are sick of there own business!!

Jennifer. We cannot control the weather. The original day you booked - it RAINED. We asked if you wanted a refund or to be reschedule. we rescheduled you. Your rescheduled tour was canceled. the guides went out for the 8pm tour that evening... The weather turned nasty on the way back to the launch. They decided it was unsafe to do the tour and made the call not go out for safety reasons. You were refunded 100% We do not control the weather or sealife. Again You were refunded 100% Why are you placing a 1 star, putting up gossip and spewing untruths for drama on your review post? We could not get you out due to weather - no other reason

We’ll run and relaxing kayak your. Plenty to see. Caught and released shrimp, crabs, and tons of shells. Saw plenty of wildlife, but did not get to see a manatee this time, but folks on the pier we passed saw one just a few minutes before we went by. Cat did a great job of getting us all out and back safely. Had a Cormorant that was with us basically the whole time diving and catching its own fish and then swallowing them so we all could see. Quite the showbird! Got the moniker “Corky” since we felt we had to give it a nickname since it was with us so much.

Larry was an awesome tour guide however didn’t see one sea animal and they moved our time to middle of day when it was even hotter out. Not really worth the money…. I should have chosen night tour
