Clear Kayak Paddle Tour at Sand Harbor

All of our guides are Lifeguard Certified with the American Red Cross and guests may choose to swim on our tours ;-)

We provide Light Weight Fully Carbon Fiber Paddles for enhanced user experience.

During our tour you will get the chance to encounter Lake Tahoe from a whole new perspective. We will spend 2 hours on the lake exploring the beautiful sandy eastern shoreline and viewing some of the most photographed and iconic granite boulders on the lake.

On warmer days we encourage guests to swim and cool off in Lake Tahoes mostly sub 70 degree water. There is also an option to jump off Bonzai Rocks into the water for a more thrilling adventure. You will be asked to sign a waiver before your tour. Please jump at your own risk!

We know how to go above and beyond to make our trips memorable.

So cool to be on and in the water during the summer at Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe. The clear kayaks provided a different experience and would recommend for a leisurely paddle. Great adventure option in Incline Village.

The last two times I booked my tour was cancelled because of high wind. Totally understandable. I was highly anticipating this trip and was unfortunately let down. There were only 4 total people in this group and because two irresponsible people were late and not prepared, 30 minutes were taken away from kayaking. The company allowed them time to change, park in a different lot, shop in their store for items they didn’t bring (hat, sunscreen, etc) all while i was sitting on the shuttle for 30 minutes. The shuttle driver was also annoyed with them allowing this to happen and felt bad that I was there and prepared on-time just to wait around. I thought since we started so late this extra time would still be out on the water. Wrong. This was a very expensive kayak tour to get short changed on time and I would not recommend using this particular company again.

Hello Laura, My name is JP Donovan and I am the Co-Owner of Tahoe Multisport. Thank you for choosing to spend your precious vacation time with us. I have read your critical opinion of our tour. I would like to summarize your grievances and highlight key words and phrases of our response so it is easier for others to read through parts interesting to them. Your dissatisfaction is with the length of TIME you spent out on the lake with us. We do spend TWO HOURS on the lake or scenic beaches if we stop and swim, and the total duration of the tour from the time we leave the shop until the time we return to the shop an be up to three hours. We recommend that our guests plan to arrive thirty minutes in ADVANCE; often times road construction, and traffic can occur. On the off chance that guests are late, we will either send them on a subsequent tour or use some of the one hour leeway/transit.demo time to make it work. But, even if that occurs, we still paddle for TWO HOURS of time on the water. Our Clear Kayak Tours provide MORE TIME on the water than any of our competitors. We offer all day rentals for guests that want even more FREEDOM to go when and where they want on the lake beyond where our tours venture. We would be grateful to have you and family members join on one of our tours in the future. Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback, JP Donovan

Enrique did a wonderful job as our guide. The views were spectacular. Definitely recommend! Everyone was very helpful; even have us lunch recommendations on the area after.
