As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

Everyone at Hala was super friendly and welcoming, willing to chat and give recommendations. We loved the different viewpoints of the staff, the tour was very informative, and the product is SO GOOD. I'm not even a coffee drinker and we did a half flight where I drank three types BLACK (unheard of for me). We ended up leaving with coffee for my MIL and tea for me, though we could have done so much more damage. Highly recommend!

We booked a last minute coffee tour at Hala Tree and I am so glad that we did! Our tour guide was super informative and enthusiastic! The tasting was delicious and their shipping specials were great as well. Thank you Hala Tree!
