My husband and I saw the course on a trip to the Broadmoor a couple of years ago and were determined to do it sometime (we come to a conference here each year). We would have done it last year but hesitated too long because it's pricey and then it was booked solid. SO worth the price, though - it was awesome!!! We did the combo course with Marea and Jeremy. Everyone was super friendly, and the trip was well-organized. The whole course felt very, very safe (even for cautious people like me). The combo course had eight zips, skipping the first two "beginner" zips of the Fins Course. The Fins Course has the suspension bridges and the longest zips over the canyon. Looking back, I think we would have been satisfied doing just Fins - but the Woods Course had one long, fast zip that our small group was permitted to cross slowly and pause in the middle, and that was a cool opportunity. You can only bring small items that will fit in a pouch they provide, so there are water stations along the course. There is not a ton of hiking involved, but there is one 10-minute or so uphill pull above Seven Falls. Since you wear a helmet, you can't wear a hat, so if you have a GoPro that you intended to clip on your hat bill, bring/borrow/rent a head strap that will go over your helmet.
