This is a full day tour where we will visit the Everglades Sawgrass section and go on the famous Airboat ride. If option selected, we will then travel to Bayside Market place where there will be free time for lunch and to go on the 90 minute Miami Skyline and Millionaire sightseeing cruise. Our day will end with and incredible tour of Miami on a Double Decker bus

They scamed me, do NOT book anything with this company. Stay away from this company. So I booked my everglades roundtrip on December 21 for December 24 at 1pm. On December 23, around 27 hours before my trip I called them to make sure my booking is valid and to confirm the meeting point. The guy I talked to said that everything is fine. He also said that it would be perfect to do the cruise at 10 am to see Miami, it would be perfect to do before everglades tour and I agreed with him so I booked it. I never received any booking confirmation after I paid the amoun even though they said I would and I also called them and asked for it. Later that day, around 23 hours before my booking, they called me and told my my everglades tour is canceled and I have to do it 8 am instead and and had no choice to cancel and get refund because it was now less than 24 hours to the trip, even though I called to make sure it was happening a couple of hours ago. This would also move my cruise to 1 pm instead. They also told me that I cannot cancel this one because it is now less that 24 hours to event. So they basically waited to tell me it was cancelled until it was 24 hours to the trip because I called them a couple of hours before the 24 hour mark and the told me anything is fine. They can cancel anytime but I cannot. I did not want to the the cruise they sold me because I had other plans, the only reason I booked it was because it was before the everglades tour but now it was not but and I couldn't cancel it and get a refund because it was less that 24 hours to the event. They really finessed me on this one. Now to the tour, the tour was around 1 hour late and I missed my cruise because of that, so I lost all the Money. I also called them 5 times to make them send my confirmation and details about the cruise and they never emailed me that, they took my money but never provided any details of what I booked, what time it was and where we are meeting, they just told me on the phone that the cruise is gonna be after the everglades tour and nothing happened after the tour and I had no details and the tour was 1 hour late, so the scammed me on the cruise hear also and we were never able to go because of all that. Terrible experience and they really ruined my holidays, me and my family flew in from Europe and this company really did everything to make our stay in the US misserble. Just stay away from this company.

We operate this on a daily basis. I am confused as to why all the changes and why you did not go on the cruise as everyone on the bus automatically goes on the boat as the bus goes to bayside to the boat directly. I suggest you call customer service and we can try to help you.

Boat tour, and the mansions of the famous artist! Also the bus tour was a great experience something I haven’t had before I would really recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Extreme un organized at the booking office. I showed the Viator voucher on the phone. She couldn’t find it and ask for paper voucher which I don’t have that I stayed a hotel. Tried to call the tour company phone no. No answer. Lots of people standing outside not sure which bus to take. Thank god. I went into. Viator booking to show her the voucher and finally she let me go. The booking is under Miami nice tour but the location is under Miami tour. Very confusing. The Everglades Tour is worth going
