The tour was not very impressive The guide was friendly and of great knowledge but once you have seen one area all the rest was the same. We payed for a craft beer and lunch but didn't receive ether just 1 bottle of water between the two of us, very disappointing and there was no offer of our beer or food which was inclusive. We were told this was a top tour but very sorry it was crap. Wouldn't recommend, get your beer and food straight away or you get nothing.

Sorry to hear that you where not impressed, We try to give the best customer service, but when it comes to a customer that needs to leave the tour after 1 hour and 30 min from the start, because his back hurts. We prefer to keep our customer safe. And take them back as they told us. Didn't had the opportunity to taste the great food we have. But we invite you both again for a free tour, all inclusive. But this time give us an opportunity to show you the place around, in 4 hours at least. Please give us this opportunity any time you visit San Diego again and we will make sure that in the first hour you taste some food before you go. We have a top tour because our guides are really good, but safety and secure comes first for our customers.

Andres took us on a fun half-day walking tour around downtown TJ, showing us the sights and features of local significance. This is definitely the way to see the town, as you’d have a hard time doing it on your own. As other reviewers have said, there were no safety issues. Highlights were the sidewalk taco stand (crowded with locals getting their goatmeat tacos, which were delicious), and the museum featuring TJ based collectibles and an extensive Lucha Libre exhibit. This was amazing: it’s new and only open on weeends but our guide got us in on a weekday for a personal tour by one of the directors. Odd but really interesting in a town where there’s not much in the way of big attractions. The municipal History of TJ Museum was small but well done (though the displays are in Spanish only). You visit a couple of souvenir shops but that was OK too. Andres, our guide, was a young, friendly and helpful fellow who grew up in the area. Tour goes in the afternoon from 2-6pm and uses public transit. One tip is to take the San Diego tram down to the border. There is parking for your car at the border but the tram makes it a lot simpler.

Andres, was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable, listened tentatively, and was very respectful. He was vey proud of his city and showed us the untypical sights. We did shopping in shops where the items were made in Mexico and of good quality. We saw the true culture of Tijuana, town square, cathedral, shops etc. thank you Andres.
