Great experience!! Jordan the instructor was so nice and funny. I came solo and he took the best pics of me lol!! I parked at the aquarium have the company a call and they arrived within 5mins to shuttle me and others to Niagara. The first thing we did was learn some history from the instructor theme went on a boat ride to see the falls up close and personal. It was a nice wet experience lol. Next we got wet again on the stairs next to the waterfall. I got some of the best pics!! Then we went to the observation tower. It was so high up and beautiful. What an experience. Then we saw a horseshoe area it was so nice. We were shuttled back to our pickup spot and was told how to enter if we wanted to come back for the lights show and fireworks. I actually met some people on the tour who turned into friends. We didn't know each other before arriving but We had dinner together and went back to the light show about 930. It was such a breath taking experience I'm from Texas and I've never seen anything so beautiful. You guys def showed this country girl a great time!!

The representative was friendly professional made sure all guests were comfortable. Traveled with grandchildren made sure we knew where bathrooms were etc. in addition I had knee replacement a few months ago the representative even made sure I knew how far the walking was and where sitting was…. We had options at every stop. The bus was very clean and comfortable.

Gil was fantastic! He was funny, accomodating. My father was having knee problems and he kept figuring out good stopping points and places where my dad could rest. We learned a lot of history and fun facts. Great experience!
