Spending time with my family. The pressure put on by the staff to tip is a bit unprofessional. Other than that, the captain and staff were polite

Friendly crew Blake, Vivian, and Iuna. Snorkeled in one spot. Saw turtles. Could not get close. Lots of yelling to get away from them. Not so pleasant. Took a bus to the harbor, got on a boat, and rode to the hotel zone. Recommend saving your time and book tour with boat that leaves directly from the hotel’s beach.

However, we want to clarify that our priority is always the safety and well-being of the sea turtles. It's important that we do not touch or disturb them, which is why you may have heard calls to keep a safe distance. We understand it may not always feel ideal, but protecting these incredible animals is a key part of our mission. Kristin (sp), Jake, Captain Ali and the rest of the crew were personable and professional. They made the journey out to see the turtles respectful of Hawaiian culture and gave us a sense of the sincerity that people who live on the island have for their home. There were Japanese visitors on board. The crew had a translator who explained the activities and safety procedures to them. We saw three turtles and many fish. On the way back to the dock we were joined by a pod spinner dolphins who rode the catamaran’s forward wave and entertained us with spinning and cruising around us. On the whole it was a fine time.
