Pros A great way to see the city! A fun way to see the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I think we got good value for our money. My wife and are very glad we took this tour. Cons A little hard to find. It would have been nice if there was an A-frame sign on the sidewalk. Parked on the street using a meter for two hours. It would have been nice if parking options had been explained in the online description. It would have been nice if more time was spent showing my wife how to use a bike/e-bike. Like many seniors, she has not ridden a bike in a very long time. She ended up not even using the e-option because it was too tricky for her. The e-bikes they chose to use are heavier and more cumbersome than others I have ridden. It would have been nice if they had helped us choose a helmet and then made sure it was properly fitted and adjusted to the rider. Helmets should not be optional. The tour is about two hours long. I don't think that is mentioned in the online description.

Interesting tour and highlights. Ride along the River was nice. Unfortunately, my e-bike quit after 10 minutes. So I had to pedal the rest of the tour. Need better equipment.

Soo so sorry! I don't recall any incident with any ebike. We would have switced bikes or I would have fixed yours! Our bikes are top of the line. PLEASE contact us and we will refund 100% of your money.
