What a terrible experience! The elevator was broken. My guest, even those with health issues had to climb what seemed to be 8 sets of stairs to the 4th floor. We were not advised beforehand that waivers are required. This took away from our scheduled plans and again the stairs didn’t help. The escape challenge was poorly orchestrated. The Game master seemed as if it was her first day at work. The roof top bar is a joke!

The building owner is working on the them, so we understand your frustration and apologize for this inconvenience. I'm sorry to hear our wine and beer bar at an escape room didn't meet you expectations. We hope the rest of your time in Miami was better. Have a great day.
