too many ramps to walk up to get to the casino ball room

Actually I gave two tickets for the casino tour to my son for his birthday. When I bought the tickets I had to select a date. When the kids got over there on that date in the morning they were told it was full and to try to come back later. They did and said the doors no one was there. disappointed!
