Exceptional service, communication and equipment. I’d rent with this company again without hesitation. The delivery and pickup service was on time and we thoroughly enjoyed this rental experience.

The process was seamless from the drop off, to training on operations, to p/u. The guy dropping off the bike even offered me a more fitting bike with more range as well as a fitting helmet. By the time of p/u, I was exhausted! I had to ride 25-30 miles on the bike using half the battery. I rode the loop from south Jackson up to the village around Moose and back. The trip was awesome and touring on bike is a great way to see the park.

Highly recommend using this company! They were able to meet us and drop off the bike at a local grocery store right by where we wanted to get on the trail! Vadim was very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to get ahold of and very flexible pick up times.
