Passengers must be 10yrs old or older to participate on the Doors Off flight. Only passengers 16 years old and older can be on an outside/edge seat.
Any passenger exceeding 230lbs or two passenger combined over 400lbs must purchase a comfort seat. This is an additional seat for comfort and safety.
This also applies to ANY single passenger weighing 250lbs or more no matter what the combined weight with others is. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Tennis Shoes must be worn, no flip flops are allowed on board of the aircraft

Highly recommend the doors off tour! Our pilot did a fantastic job! We were even able to see a whale on our tour!

This is a bucket list experience for sure! The ONLY way to see all of the island. The pilot was very knowledgeable about the island and made sure we all got coveted pictures. Worth every penny!

I was really looking forward to this activity in Kauai’s. It was cancelled due to poor weather. I would suggest booking with other tour operators like Blue Hawaiian helicopters, they still managed to go out and accommodate their customers by rearranging tours later on in the day after the bad weather had passed. I find Blue Hawaiian helicopters to have better facilities and more friendly staff. I found one of the staff members at air Kauai to be very rude and I was told they look at the weather forecast just 30 minutes before they fly and only then do they decide to cancel the flight. I kept on being misinformed by the staff when I went to down in advance for my flight. I wasted alot of time travelling to and from Air Kauai. This company is owned my Air Maui, I would avoid both and use different helicopter providers.
