Had a great trip with Mountain Waters Rafting on the Animas River today. The water is a little low right now but it was still fun. The trip felt like a good amount of time on the water with enough breaks to rest a little along the way. Jesse was our guide and really knew how to put the boat in the right places to get through the rocks and obstacles. He also gave great advice on other things to do around Durango and places to eat. Would highly recommend both this company and Jesse as a guide for your river rafting adventure.

Our family greatly enjoyed the half day down the Animas River. Our guide was Brenna and she was great! Very outgoing and kept it interesting for the kids. The water was pretty low but it was still a good time. We also appreciated the extra precautions for COVID. Masks were mandatory in the office area, as well as on the bus to take the group to the raft launching area. All equipment was sanitized in between uses. We’ll be back if in the Durango area again!
