Absolute Scam!! Bought tickets for the 7:30PM show on Sunday night, got there and was told it was for a magic show. Even though I had email confirmation! They said Trip Advisor is at fault even thought the venue is the one who posts the events. Extremely disappointed that we didn’t get what we paid for. This was a birthday surprise for my Grandma’s 80th birthday! The venue was not accommodating at all to finding a feasible solution and just said “reach out to trip advisor”. Absolutely terrible for $152!

I am sorry for your inconvenience, however, we did apologize for the error on the website you ordered through before the show and we did offer to honor the tickets for another date or exchange them for the Magic show and even though you did choose to stay for the Magic show you still said it would be fine to come another day to the Elvis show. Our manager did tell you that if you would contact Viator and have them call us we would tell them to refund your tickets, we do not have your money considering you didn’t order them through us so we couldn’t refund you ourselves but you did get a 90 minute show. Those dates were not added by us to that site it was an error on their system that they added so there was nothing we could do but offer to honor them another date or exchange them for another show which we did. We are not in the business of scamming people and that is a very serious accusation especially considering all we did to try to rectify the situation.

Beware! Booked 2 tickets for the Elvis show.....got there showed the lady my confirmation which was for the Elvis show.....got seated and it was a magic show, NOT Elvis and the Superstars. Very disappointed 😞 went back to the lady and asked what happened, she said I was 1 of a few that booked for Elvis but oh well it was Magic instead.....wth? Said there was nothing she could do. I paid $80 to see Elvis and got a magic show😠

We apologize for the error on the site you ordered tickets through, however, since you stayed through the entire 90 minute Magic show before you went with a complaint there was nothing we could do. If you had not stayed we could have got the original site you paid for the tickets through to refund you back and our staff was trying to explain that to you and offer you another date when you turned and walked out the door instead of hearing what she had to say. Again we apologize that the website you ordered through had an error but we could have gotten them to refund you if you hadn’t chosen to stay and watch a 90 minute show.

All three acts were superb! Real talented performers who brought you right into the presence of the stairs they represented,! Small theatre, but phenomenal entertainment.
