Lyle the captain was super nice and knowledgeable about the tour. He was also incredible at navigating the boat, I felt complysafe the entire time. The woman at reception was also extremely nice and helpful. She gave us a map of the city and recommended places to eat and things to do. I would highly recommend this experience. The gift shop also has some cute stuff inside.
