Knowledgeable staff that are witty and keep you entertained. Somewhat disorganized after viewing the alligators in the pen and where to go to catch the airboat resulted in the rating. Otherwise a 5 out of 5. Surprisingly no mosquitos. Advisable to go early morning or later afternoon when the alligators are more active.

Very interesting gator show and amazing ride skimming the waters of the Everglades and some wonderful wildlife there…very knowledgable guide….

This is a roadside tourist trap at best & offers little to nothing beneficial to the customer. TripAdvisor won’t allow booking through its website bc this operation does not meet minimum animal welfare standards. The alligator show was pitiful, the airboat ride was loud, & the captain didn’t educate. We are trying to get our money back from Celebrity.
