A total rip-off! Booked and paid a week ago. Got the confirmation with details that I would be texted/called when the flight landed. Even gave me 2 emergency phone #'s to call. They charged my card for a round trip (to pick us up at the end of our trip). Plane landed. No text. Got to baggage claim & tried to call/text both emergency numbers MANY times. One # goes straight to a mailbox that cannot accept messages. The other number goes to a "not accepting calls" message. Waited in the cold and rain with my young daughter & mother for almost an hour before I gave up & took another cab to our hotel. Have since tried to email the company several times with messages coming back as "undeliverable." Tried to call again 5 times this evening with no answer, no voicemail, NOTHING. Submitted a complaint on their website, but will be reporting company as a fraud if I don't get my money back within the next 24 hours!
