what a DISASTER of a company!!! After taking my wife on a 10 day cruise I thought it would be nice to let he stay in one of the Hilton Resorts 5 Star condo... yes I know but she's put up with me for 50 years so she has EARNED more than i could possibly give back!... anyways we would have flown into Orlando on May 1st cruised to the 11th then picked up the car. I guess when I asked if I could bypass the shuttle and pickup at their location sent the red flags a fluttering and the accusations that I was a local resident, which I'm not and the result I guess is if I don't rent from Routes DIRECTLY from leaving the plane it too confusing for them that people may actually be going on a cruise FIRST Then extending their vacation ....Anyways I cancelled but not before suggesting to priceline they DROP Routes

rented car from Economy car in Orlando. Booked with Expedia however when I picked up the car I was forced to pay an extra $20/day for insurance charges even though my credit card and my own insurance would have covered. Total scam I will never rent from Economy again

Tony had great customer service and was very efficient. He gave us some information on nice golf courses to play. He was very knowledgeable about the car rental and assisted us with everything. Thanks Tony. Highly recommended.
