Experiencing the shear beauty of Cadillac Mountain, the lakes, ocean and other mountains. My only complaint is the language barrier representing Viator. The communication was difficult.

The tour was to last 4 hours. We were picked up at 2:05pm. The tour didn't start for 30 minutes due to other pickups and travel. We were not advised that food was included in the tour...none the other guest were aware of a food component. That said, the food order was messed up...and guide did not follow-up. In short, we were not dropped at hotel until 7:15pm...other guests wer dropped after us. This was more than an inconveniencel. Several other guests as well as ourselves had to cancel dinner reservations. It our case it was my spouse's birthday...which was upsetting. Not a positive experience.
