Curtis was amazing! Patient and very knowledgeable. My friend and I booked and were able to get from the town to the island quick. It was my first time snorkeling and I was not stressed or nervous. Curtis provided so much guidance I felt comfortable going into deep waters. I felt so comfortable in fact that I stayed at the island to free snorkel on my own. Thanks to Curtis my friend and I had an incredible day of fun while sightseeing the fish!

Curtis Alva was the best! Excellent snorkeling and kayaking to Peanut Island. First time snorkeling for our family and he was an amazing teacher. Entire family loved it.

Not much for snorkeling but thought other options were available. Booked for other and selected a time which was confirmed. Time was moved based on snorkeling booked by other guests I was told and that Curtis wanted to have lunch during agreed meeting time. I was given option of two times to select. I choose 1pm to 3pm on the 26th of May. I was asked to push tour a third time which I could not do to other plans. I was called at 1pm while I was already by the fountain at Rafiki the restaurant and offered the option to cancel so I took it. I was told refund would be done somehow but not really sure how it worked. I submitted a refund via my bank based on conversation to later find out the refund was submitted by tour operator. Now I am facing a 25.00 charge for submitting dispute. All in all it the experience has been a major pain in my rear. I would not recommend booking with this tour unless you’re 100 percent snorkeling. To better serve the possible paying guests and respect their time Curtis should leave out other options at booking and state snorkeling only. What a great waste of time!!!

Reginald booked 2 seats on a group snorkeling tour, but didn’t want to go snorkeling. As an accommodation, i offered to take him on a private boat trip at no extra charge, and after snorkeling was over. Snorkelers drove up from Miami and were stuck in traffic and arrived very late. I asked Reginald if he could come 1 hour later. He said no, so I offered a full refund. Then, he apparently contacted his bank to cancel the payment he made to the booking company and got hit with a $25 bank fee because his money had already been fully refunded! His bank fee was entirely his fault and has nothing to do with me or the booking company. He should not have booked a snorkeling group trip if he doesn’t like snorkeling and he shoildn’t have tried to get 2 refunds. I would never accept any more reservations from this guy.
