Driving the Atv made me and my partner bond together ..But I really think you guys should let ppl know ahead of time that it is additional for the atv and additional for the equipment gear ahead of time ...But we did enjoy our selves

I had an ATV tour booked on 10/25 at 2:45PM which almost resulted in police ARREST and CITATION by Miami Dade police, as a tourist on this experience! I was booked for 1 hour of ATV time, drove 30 minutes total, had a 30 min+ delay with the police, almost given a police citation, almost hit by a farmer's truck who was following us/called the police, AND STILL have NOT received a refund for this crappy experience despite asking in-person immediately after and having called yesterday, both times I was told I would. First and foremost, there is an ONGOING DISPUTE between this company/farm and the adjacent farmers/farms. This "golden trail tour" that takes you down dirt roads and mud puddles is actually ILLEGAL as it is NOT their personal property but shared property amongst adjacent farms. Per the guide, Alex Morales, these "are public roads"; per the POLICE, "these are NOT public roads, riding ATVs through/near other farms is TRESPASSING, it is RUINING the farmer's crops and creating an ongoing LEGAL dispute." Apparently, this was the 2nd time there was a physical dispute between the guide and a neighboring farmer and 1st time police was called with promises/threats from the farmer that more would come if this continues. Second, this experience was booked via Viator where we paid the booking fee and was told there were no additional ATV or trail fees. When arriving in person, we were told there was an additional $90 fee per ATV which is to be paid via Cashapp or Zelle, which is suspect enough they don't take credit cards and the reason why they feel they can get away with NOT giving me my owed refund. That experience was TERRIBLE and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This is a SCAM and NOT WORTH your time if trying to peacefully enjoy an excursion while on vacation. Literally book with ANY OTHER excursion group in Miami, these guys aren't worth your time or money. Happy to add a picture of me on the ATV on their "trail" with the farmer/his truck and 2 police officers if the response to this is subpar.
