Chocolate Kingdom, the Factory Adventure Tour, is an interactive journey that uncovers how chocolate transforms from the bean into the creamy, dreamy chocolate bar. Our Personal Chocolate Tour Guide joins forces with a handsome Prince and his Dragon sidekick to take guests through a Cacao Tree Greenhouse, a one-of-a-kind Chocolate Museum, a Mystical River of Chocolate and a Micro Batch Bean-to-the-Bar Factory utilizing old world machinery.

With an opportunity to customize your own chocolate bar for an additional cost, Chocolate Kingdom is the most unique chocolate experience in North America and will inspire and amaze chocoholics of all ages.

My son said "This is amazing!" I thought it was "good" so let's take an average and give it a "Very Good". Looking for activities for my elderly mother, college-aged nieces, and my 9 year old son to all enjoy can be a challenge and Chocolate Kingdom delivered! The tour was informative about the chocolate making process! (Although some "off" historical details, but maybe as a social studies teacher, I'm too picky!). They provided lots of great samples of the various stages of chocolate production! The video was more than cheesy, but did help tie the tour together. As others mentioned, the greenhouse was a bit disappointing. The custom bars were expensive, but so fun to watch the process and a highlight of the trip for the kids. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful!!

This was definitely NOT worth the money. The “greenhouse” with actual cocoa trees is a a glass enclosure in the lobby with a couple trees. The tour of a chocolate factory was not a chocolate factory at all. It was a few rooms with some different displays set up. There is a black curtain that separates each area. The only chocolate making that is seen is watching one person pour chocolate into a mold and watching another cover something in chocolate (which anyone can do). Extremely disappointed and complete waste of time and money.

Hello and thank you for coming to Chocolate Kingdom. Our greenhouse has 5 live cacao trees and that's what it is, an actual greenhouse (most people have not had a chance to ever see real cacao trees before). We also describe Chocolate Kingdom as a Factory Adventure Tour with a Micro Batch Chocolate Factory (small machines making chocolate). You were taken through our tour with a tour guide that explained the entire process from beginning to end (agriculture, history and manufacturing) and received samples in each room the tour guide took you through. The tour guide then showcased and turned on each of the machines we use to produce chocolate. We also, hand make all of the chocolates that we sell in our retail store and that's what you saw our staff making. All of this is explained in our website (with pictures), in our retail store before you went on the tour and other reviews online, so not sure why you would say that it's "not what it says it is." Either way, we appreciate you coming and visiting Chocolate Kingdom. As a family owned business we appreciate every guest that comes through our doors. Thank you.

I enjoyed this tour with family. Staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgable about their craft. I would go again! Also the chocolate is delicious!
