Michael was our very personable tour guide on the Winter City Tour. His geological background added so much to our tour since much of the area sits on permafrost. He provided enough information to be interesting and relevant but not to the point of being overwhelming. The tour itself is well designed with just the right amount of time at each stop. Would very much recommend if you don't want to drive on icy roads and would like a nice overview of Fairbanks.

We didn’t rent a car, so this tour was a wonderful overview of the city highlights of Fairbanks and a great way to visit Northpole, AK. Brook was an excellent guide and gave us additional tips of local happenings!

Robyn made all the difference in the tour. She was full of cheer and enthusiasm, and she shared numerous fascinating personal stories, and she was also very knowledgeable of all the points of interest she showed us, including each item in the Museum of the North.
