Парк Ho'okipa Beach

13
Paia
Just four miles into your drive to Hāna from Kahului, you'll discover the historic town of Pāʻia on Maui's north coast. Divided into Lower Pāʻia and Pāʻia, this hospitable community was once a booming plantation town during the heyday of Maui's sugar cane industry. Today Pāʻia is a town of colorful, rustic storefronts filled with local art galleries, one-of-a-kind shopping boutiques and restaurants.
14
Ho'okipa Beach Park
A perfect spot for a light breakfast when spotting local surfers and wild turtles and taking pictures of the famous Northshore coastline. Lavatories are available.
15
Twin Falls
is the first easily accessible string of waterfalls and pools on the Road to Hana
16
Haipua'ena Falls
is a small waterfall and pool along Maui's popular Road to Hana. Thanks to the unsigned trail and short hike over an often muddy path, the pool receives far less visitor traffic than the well-signed falls along the route.
17
Ke‘anae Point
The Ke’anae Peninsula was created from an immense lava flow originating from Haleakala Crater. Centuries ago Hawaiians brought soil down, by hand, from the mountains to create the Keanae Peninsula. Their amazing display of physical labor is a testament to how revered this land is in Hawaiian culture. It is no wonder so much history is found here!
18
Ching's Pond
very photogenic spot to get photographed doing something life threatening
19
Upper Waikani Falls
Upper Waikani Falls is often referred to as Three Bears, thanks to the three separate but parallel falls of differing lengths—with the third and smallest being the “baby bear” falls on the right.
20
Wailua Falls
Wailua Falls is so noticeable in fact, that it may be the most photographed waterfalls on Maui.
21
Hana Lava Tubes
are formed when massive flows cool on the surface forming an insulating conduit for the lava flowing underneath. During the creation of Maui’s volcanic landscape these served like the veins of the volcano, channeling lava for many miles underground before being deposited as new landmass (in this case, into the ocean.) After a volcano has been dormant for some time, these tubes usually begin to cave in and disappear under the forces of nature. Since much of the surface of Maui formed long ago, we have few lava tubes of significant size remaining; Ka’eleku Cave is the largest known accessible lava tube on Maui.
22
Hana Bay
located within Hana Bay is Hana Beach Park, which has a long black-sand beach and is the safest swimming beach along the East Maui coast. The bay is protected by a coral reef and harbored from big swells by its curved shape.
23
Pua'a Ka'a State Park
Pua'a Ka'a Falls (rolling pig) resides in the Pua’a Ka’a State Wayside Park, which made it one of the rare waterfalls on the Hana Highway. Swim at your own discretion and risk in the freshwater pools. Lavatories are available.
24
Wailua Valley State Wayside Park
Wailua Valley is an ahupuaʼa that sits just after the Keanae peninsula on the road to Hana. The area, though small, is rich in Hawaiian culture. It is here that an abundance of rare culturally significant fish and plant life can still be found. The area holds many ancient taro, or kalo, patches; a number of which are still in operation. In Hawaiian legend, taro is literally the older brother of all Hawaiians. And, so “Mahiʼaiʼana”, or cultivation of the land, is an ingrained principle that has endured for the people of Wailuanui.
25
Honomanu
Right beyond Kaumahina State Wayside Park you'll find a pullout that gives a good view of Honomanu Bay.
26
Kaumahina State Wayside Park
Beautiful views of the Keanae Peninsula, lavatories are available.

104
Ho'okipa Beach Park
A perfect spot for a light breakfast when spotting local surfers and wild turtles and taking pictures of the famous Northshore coastline. Lavatories are available.
105
Twin Falls
is the first easily accessible string of waterfalls and pools on the Road to Hana
106
Haipua'ena Falls
is a small waterfall and pool along Maui's popular Road to Hana. Thanks to the unsigned trail and short hike over an often muddy path, the pool receives far less visitor traffic than the well-signed falls along the route.
107
Ke‘anae Point
The Ke’anae Peninsula was created from an immense lava flow originating from Haleakala Crater. Centuries ago Hawaiians brought soil down, by hand, from the mountains to create the Keanae Peninsula. Their amazing display of physical labor is a testament to how revered this land is in Hawaiian culture. It is no wonder so much history is found here!
108
Ching's Pond
very photogenic spot to get photographed doing something life threatening
109
Upper Waikani Falls
Upper Waikani Falls is often referred to as Three Bears, thanks to the three separate but parallel falls of differing lengths—with the third and smallest being the “baby bear” falls on the right.
110
Wailua Falls
Wailua Falls is so noticeable in fact, that it may be the most photographed waterfalls on Maui.
111
112
Hana Bay
located within Hana Bay is Hana Beach Park, which has a long black-sand beach and is the safest swimming beach along the East Maui coast. The bay is protected by a coral reef and harbored from big swells by its curved shape.
113
Pua'a Ka'a State Park
Pua'a Ka'a Falls (rolling pig) resides in the Pua’a Ka’a State Wayside Park, which made it one of the rare waterfalls on the Hana Highway. Swim at your own discretion and risk in the freshwater pools. Lavatories are available.
114

Absolutely amazing trip. Our tour guide Tom, was great. Very knowledgeable about the entire island and its history. Kept us laughing all day. Great photo stops along the way and lunch was unexpectedly filling and delicious. The stop for Banana Bread at Aunt Sandy's was really worth it. Everything was just perfect and the tour van was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this tour. 5stars as far as we're concerned. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really liked Tom our tour guide who was tipped appropriately, and the scenery was spectacular for the most part, but the accommodations on the bus were poor at best. I certainly understand that full busses make you more money but 14 passengers was too many for this vehicle. We came as two couples, the youngest being 65 years old and were the second to last group being picked up. The remainder of the bus was five couples all young enough to be our grandchildren, and of course occupied all of the first 3 rows which had 3 seats each. We were forced to the fourth row which had four seats but the two outside seats were just above the wheel wells with no legroom to speak of. Ten hours on a bus with no wiggle room or leg room really sucked! And I found it remarkable that not one of the younger folks offered to take the rear knowing how uncomfortable it was for the four of us. That would have never happened in my generation, and it would never had been necessary if there were only 10 people on board instead of 14. Perhaps you should consider reducing the number of passengers, or at least make some accommodation for the seniors to have the extra room in the forward seats. Billing this tour as a "Luxury Tour" is a bit of an overstatement. Lunch consisted of sandwiches that appeared to be purchased at a 7-11 and a bag of chips and a bottle of water. $200 each for this trip was overpriced!

Hello Pete, we certainly appreciate your feedback as we always want to improve our services. Sorry to hear about you not having enough leg room. From your concerns, it all aims to the one and only thing, your comfort at your age. For that said, maybe you should seek private tours in the future. Private tours offer more legroom, seating upfront and spreading over more than one seat. It's like an airplane, unless you pay for two seats, you cannot expect other seats around you to be vacant. Our tours are definitely luxury, not only for the Mercedes transportation we offer but also for the small ratio and personal touch of our guides. As you stated, our guide pampered you from the time he picked you up to the point he dropped you off at your hotel. FYI, our food comes from a local deli (not 7-11) and it's all freshly made, using organic bread, organic veggies and locally grown fresh fruit, the Maui pineapple. You forgot to mention, we also provide fresh pastries, granola bars and Hawaiian juice. Your review based on the facts, that younger travelers didn’t offer you a front seat and that you grew up in a different generation, is not relevant and has nothing to do with our services. Mahalo and Best of wishes. Aloha

The first point I want to make is that this review has nothing to do with our guide Thomas, he was amazing and went above and beyond... knowledgeable, and fun! Now for the "luxury" experience.....WRONG!!! First, this was nothing but a standard Mercedes Sprinter with cramped seats. All of which were filled... in the days of our pandemic, there was no social distancing (this is from their advertisement; Social distancing enforced throughout experience), and we were on top of other couples, some couples were separated and one patron had to use the front seat as there was not enough room in the back! As for the food, advertised as "Fresh local fruit and warm Plate Lunch will wait for you in a local eatery in Hana" it was a prepackaged ham sandwich and under ripe pineapple out of the back of the van. I cant describe how disappointed we are.... do not book this tour!!

Aloha Joe and thanks for expressing your concerns. First of all, our Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans are top of the line vans you can find on today's market. We carry the longest version with the high roof so anyone can stand up without bending over, definitely not a standard version as you described. We most definitely imply social distancing and take covid-19 precautions: temperature check upon arrival and before getting on board, use of hand sanitizer before getting on board, and all passengers including the driver must wear a mask at all times unless outside the vehicle while eating or drinking. You Joe, on the other hand were the only guest, who would not wear the mask at all times and our driver had to call you on it several times until it was really uncomfortable for him. Also social distancing inside a van is not really possible and you know better than that. It doesn't matter if you skip a seat or not, you are still within a foot’s distance to the next traveler. It's the same as flying on an airplane. If you needed more room and wanted to stay away from other people, you could've easily booked a private tour and had the car to yourself only. We very clearly and transparently advertise that at this time we do not visit local restaurants for lunch due to a closure. We advertise freshly made sandwiches from a local deli place. You need to read thoroughly and pay attention to details so you understand what you sign up for. You were served fresh local fruit, Maui grown pineapple, as advertised. All your negative comments have no point. Our tour meets the expectations as advertised. Mahalo
