Our guide was good but we couldn’t hear her. When she held her microphone to her mouth, she was barely audible. She would often turn to point at a structure and this would cause us not to hear her at all. It was not a pleasant experience having to stain to hear her or not hear her at all. She did not project her voice. Very disappointing.

My friends and I had so much fun in downtown Flagstaff exploring the haunted places and listening to their stories. Our tour guide, Avalynn, was very engaging and I'm very glad that my group had decided to book the extra 30 minute tour add on!
