1
Eataly
2
Flatiron

Justin did a terrific job weaving the interesting history of the area with some delicious food. There was more than enough to eat, and we got to take some home too. Highly recommend especially if you want to explore a somewhat less touristy area.

We booked the tour a week in advance. They of course fully charged us for the tour. Late the night before they decided to cancel the tour has they have not reached the min number if participants. What a cheap way to behave! First time that it happens to us. When making a booking with ‘Like a local tour’ bear in mind that it may or may not take place you are committed yo pay and attend. They can cancel the activity with a very shirt notice without taking any responsibility or even reply on time. I will not recommend to book with them. There are so many other and better options.

We are sorry your experience was anything but 5 stars. We do occasionally have to reschedule guests due to minimum booking policies, which are stated in the pre-tour booking information. We did try to reach out to you 3 days before your scheduled tour up until the day before via phone, text, and email and heard no response from you about rescheduling. Once we did have to process the cancelation, we still extended complimentary tickets to another of our tours which you arrived at but chose not to participate in. Again we are very sorry your experience was not what you, or we, intended.
