Great Experience! We stayed in Hollywood and wanted to experience the Florida Keys while we were there. Hopped on the bus (early but no complaints), got to see Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, stopped in Key Largo, and went over 7 Mile Bridge. Got some history and bus was comfy enough to take a little nap both there and on the way home. Plan for a long day but well worth it!!

First the bus was 30 minutes late. Then refused to take me, because im in a wheelchair. I woke up at 2:30 am on my vacation. Took a Uber $30 there. Waited in the cold for 45 minutes, because they told us to be there 15 minutes early. Then got denied transportation, because of my disability. Had to pay another $20 to get back to our hotel. Have tried calling to get my refund and, hopefully some kind of compensation. I keep getting a answer machine. If you are disabled, don't book this trip.

Unfortunately the bus s wheelchair acceptable but not for electric wheelchairs

Toilet was not maintained properly Seats no leg room, ran low on fuel, No scheduled stop on return. Driver drove on shoulder of road to pass cars, rarely used side mirrors, did not clean windshield during his layover.Toilet almost overflowed, Driver used AC to blow smell through out bus!!!
