This was our fifth river with the NOC. Erin was our guide and trip leader on the French Broad in July. She was confident, passionate, highly skilled, and a pleasure to interact with. She kept us safe, informed, and prepared at all times, while still having fun. Perfect intermediate river with beautiful scenery.

For my wife and I and our two kids (daughter-17 and son-13), this was our first family whitewater trip and we had a blast! The conditions were perfect for a ton of fun. Our guide John provided a skillful rudder to steer us clear of obstacles and keep us going in the right direction while also providing us with lots of interesting information and laughs galore. And if you’re into dad jokes, head guide Coleen did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go again.

Had a wonderful time on the morning half day rafting adventure with our guide Erin. The rapids and water temperature were perfect and I would definitely come back. Erin was amazing in all respects and I would choose to be in a boat with her or Colleen if I could.
