Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. For starters, Caesar salad with homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and warm breadsticks. The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert double-layer chocolate cake and New York style cheesecake.

We were late and they waited for us! It's totally my fault. I hate being late for anything. The captain and crew were very gracious about it. If you take this tour, park in the lot adjacent to the harbor. Not on the hill next to the shops. We had no trouble finding the boat as we had taken the whale watch tour on the Quick Silver that morning. (That's why we parked in the upper lot) We sat in the enclosed area of the lower deck of the Calypso. My wife doesn't navigate stairs well, and when you are late, your choice can be limited. After dinner, we were able to enjoy the view from the forward observation deck. The food was very good. The Caesar salad was good. The prime rib was cooked medium (we prefer medium rare) yet flavorful. The mixed vegetables were just right. The white rice pared well with the other foods. The drinks were tasty . Who needs dramamine when you have alcohol? The crew was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the live music, and it contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. We observed some whales and, of course, a fantastic sunset.

Everything was spectacular, although there were only two tables that were less than good (they were next to a solid wall, so didn't allow a view of the ocean) and we were seated at one of them. However the service and the food were excellent and it was a great experience, including live music and good drinks.

Had a great time, crew was very friendly and interactive with guests. Nick kept us fully "hydrated" during the trip. Food was great and the sunset exceptional. Thank for a great memory!
