The company or tour directors were no call no show. Called multiple times and either forwarded to voicemail or no answer. Unfortunately did not get whatever experience we paid for. Maybe they are great, but in this particular case an answer or some sort of heads up would have been ideal. The slot was available on their booking site, naturally I chose the time slot that suited travel plans. Not sure who to contact for a refund? Nothing on their site.

Hello Mr. Edward, I understand the frustration of a no show put a dent in your travel plans. For that I do apologies. As I mention in the email I was under the weather it was my fault not seeing your reservation in time for your tour. But I am glad you were able to find other companies to escort you and party down the valley drive. As I mention in the email I have fully refunded payment and should return to you soon. Learning from Amory, our Navajo guide, the history! Trying to place myself back in time and how they lived off the land. His stories reflected his proud heritage and how he will never leave. He also taught us a few things with taking photos , thus the photo I posted. Just an added bonus to the already super tour. Amory is passionate, funny and courteous. Highly recommend him and the tour, as you will only learn from the natives.

Jumbo was a great tour guide. Even at night time he tried to show the best of valley. I enjoyed alot.
