Scaaaaaaaaaammmmm very unprofessional will only text hangs up the phone on you postpones you’re reservation everyday keeps saying 7:00 keeps trying to get more money told me they’ll send me my money back at first now every time I ask for my money back they beat around the bush STRICTLY A SCAM trip advisor should do thorough backgrounds on these people they make you let upfront and business aren’t even legit

Good evening Enrico hope all is well, upon further review we had your reservation ski ready to go on time. However you indicated that you didn't have a drivers license or boaters permit and there is not much we can do about that. We tried to accomodate you last minute as a courtesy, But like Trip advisor said we weren't obliged to do it as we met our booking deadline. As much as I would of loved to accommodate you it was impossible as you didn't have the required drivers license present with you. And you got your boaters permit at the last minute making it difficult to re-reserve you during our peak rental hours. We hope you understand that this was beyond our control. As this is Florida law mandated that we cannot rent a ski without a boaters permit or a drivers license. And the extra funds requested is a refundable jetski security deposit that would be returned after your experience. Now that we have explained more thoroughly I hope you have a better understanding of things. We are sorry you feel we were trying to scam you of more money but any legit jetski rental place here in miami beach will ask for a security deposit prior to renting. Next time please make sure you have the required documentation to make the process a smooth one for everyone involved. If you have any more questions please reach out to us thanks again.

When we arrived, they were very courteous and accommodating towards our family and provided everything we needed! The tour around the island was very memorable, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

For the price and the experience to coast and explore Miami in a jetski you can’t beat it. On top of being able to explore the Miami coast on a jetski. The dolphins that followed us was an awesome sight to see! We had a great time tour guide was polite professional and funny. I will be back sooner then later for sure!
