Bern was a great guide, so informative and certainly has a knowledge of the City of Galveston and the City Cemetery.

Tour guide never showed up. My family waited 45 minutes. We arrived 19 minutes early and we walked around and never saw her. We called and trip advisor she was there, but it seems she never got out of her car. No one was was there walking around at all looking for us. This was very disappointing. It was our last night of vacation.

Thank you for your feedback. We were alerted after the tour it was a miscommunication with Viator on their end. We are very sorry this occurred, as the tour did happen. WE were informed this as been resolved.
