Would be more personable if driver spoke instead of playing movie. The stop at cemetery was longer than expected. The movie needs some improvement and tweaking. More history of Pensacola would be great

First of all the bus we we’re supposed to be on was broken and after the trip I see why. The driver hit the dips in the road so hard I thought I was going to have to take myself and my friend to the ER due to the excruciating back and neck pain. I almost ask the driver to stop and let us off. I was in the window seat and he kept hitting branches and a few garbage cans with the side of the bus. It was horrible!! We couldn’t see half the houses bc they weren’t being pointed out. It was not interactive at all! Waist of money!!! And I’m still hurting in my back when I woke up this morning!!
