Horrible customer service!!! I was charged wrong because I put the wrong information online (supposedly I didn’t put that we were city pass holders!) however I called right away and never answered their phones, emails or texts!! And after 5 days that they finally did! My passes were already expired so they didn’t refund me my money! If they would have answered my call when I originally called them everything would have been resolved! But obviously everything is done on purpose! They probably get paid less if I would have used the pass than what they charged me!

Pretty area of town but not much to it. I still enjoyed it but $160 for a private tour for 2 was quite a bit much for what we got.

Cameron was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took us to loads of places we would never have seen without him. We had a lovely time, but if he could get back to us about the alligators in the sewers that would be great 😊
