It started off I wasn’t very impressed, my 2-day rental would be delivered at 6p the first day and picked up at 4p-8p the 2nd day. I dont feel like 24 hrs should be called a “2day rental”.. I called and they ended up dropping earlier at noon day 1 ..the cart had some mechanical issues/possibly operator error, but they immediately brought us a newer nicer upgraded cart and pushed the pickup time to the following morning (3rd day) to help satisfy us. I feel like they did everything in their power to correct the situation and fairly make things right… based on how they handled my issues I would rent from them again in the future and would recommend others use them also. Everyome i spoke to was kind even when I was fairly annoyed when I called to book it and when the mechanical issue happened. I was alerted when they were enroute and they showed up right when they said they would.
