Wonderful boat tour that made my trip! I appreciated that the tour operator reached out to me to advise when we would see the most. The boat itself if very comfortable - cushy even. John, the tour guide was kind and knowledgeable and talked just the right amount - not too much and not too little. We saw hundreds of cormorants massed on one of the little islands which was very exciting and many other birds. We saw the wild ponies at the edge of the woods also. A lovely morning. It is cool on the water at 8 am in March though so dress accordingly.

So enjoyable and informative. Because of high tide our tour guide was able to get up close to the ponies. Definitely would book again if we come back to Chincoteague

The captain didn't cancel when it was just me, so I was able to enjoy the tour by myself. He was very knowledgeable of the wild life, and he paused whenever we arrived to something as he explained what it was and allowed for time to appreciate the view. I would definitely recommend this tour.
