Our private full-day hike is ideal for those looking for an active adventure in Grand Canyon National Park. This Hike can be enjoyed by guests who are fit and active. We start with an introductory viewpoint, and then into the Canyon for a fully-narrated day on the trail. Guides share their intimate knowledge of local geology, flora, fauna, biology, and history. Trail selection depends on the physical ability of the small group. Available trails: South Kaibab, Hermit, Bright Angel, or Grandview Trail.

We strive to provide everything you need to have a great day hiking. This includes lunch, snacks, water & beverages, and gear such as hiking poles, backpacks, and micro-spikes (when icy). We include transportation from all hotels, hostels, campgrounds, and many Air B&Bs in Flagstaff, Williams, Tusayan, and Grand Canyon. Pickup and drop-off times depend on your stay place!

We had a fabulous time hiking and learning about the Grand Canyon from our terrific guide, Ben. His knowledge about the area surpassed all expectations, and his charismatic personality made the hike thoroughly enjoyable. As a side note, the provided lunch was excellent... and his recommendations for things to do around the area (i.e. sunset views, dinner spots, etc.) made our entire trip even more enjoyable.

Thanks for the positive review about the hiking tour, and it was nice to spend the day with your wonderful family. Due to Covid-19 all of our tours are private at this time and your family of four met our required number of people for our daily hikes. I hope you guys return in the future for one of our multi day backpacking trips like a Rim to Rim hike. Wishing you all the best. - Ben

We arrived at the Grand Canyon a day early, so we looked around ourselves. We thought it was amazing. However, the next morning when our guide Ben arrived, we actually truly saw and experienced the Grand Canyon. Ben was amazing in his knowledge about EVERYTHING--the trails, the animals, the flowers, the park history, etc. He evaluated the general hiking experience of our group (next to nothing) and tailored the day to our abilities and desires. We saw so many different vantage points of the Grand Canyon. Each angle was equally unique and beautiful. He had everything to make the day perfect--an amazing picnic lunch, a van full of snacks and drinks, hand sanitizer because...Covid...spotting scope, hiking poles, etc. He took amazing photos for us, too. For those who go to the Grand Canyon, look around, and say "cool"--I'm really sorry. Spend the extra money and experience it with the experts. It will be a completely different, unforgettably amazing experience.

Thank you for the positive review about the private tour I brought you and your family on the other day. During this time of Covid-19 I believe it is essential for me as an owner to be guiding our tours and leading my team from the front.
