A round-trip helicopter ride, VIP access to the Skywalk and a pontoon boat ride on the Colorado River — this is the ultimate combination for a Grand Canyon getaway from Las Vegas!

You'll depart from our Boulder City, NV air terminal and fly to the Grand Canyon West aboard a sightseeing helicopter, with sights of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the desert scenery along the way. Upon arrival to the West Rim, you'll fly down to the very bottom of the canyon and land near the bank of the Colorado River. You'll then enjoy a 15-minute cruise between the canyon walls aboard a shaded pontoon boat.

Your helicopter will then fly back to the canyon's surface where you will receive entry onto the world-famous Skywalk Bridge. A souvenir photo and transfers are included.

  • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
  • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour

This trip was amazing. Steve our pilot was both professional and informative, This trip was worth everything. Only draw back is the transfer to the private airfield. Would have paid extra for a direct ride, rather than a meet and greet.

We did the combination helicopter ride and pontoon boat tour with the Skywalk and bus tour. We drove to the West Rim location and the trip from Las Vegas was easy with the turns well marked. DON"T DEPEND ON YOUR GPS - there are spots where it goes out so we had the directions saved. The check in process was a bit cumbersome and it seemed that there was a lack of good signage to tell you where to go. We started at the information desk at the main building, were directed to a second check in desk where the person somewhat rudely told us where the line started for tickets which we had already purchased tickets at which point we were directed to go across the street to another building to check in. Would have been easier if there were better signs directing you where to go in the first place. The check in took a while which in the summer when they are busy I could see being a nightmare so getting there more than 30 minutes ahead might be wise. The staff were pleasant and helpful. You are seated in the helicopter based on weight, my daughter was a bit concerned that she had the middle seat in the back but her view was great. The pontoon boat doesn't take you too far up the Colorado but the views are SPECTACULAR both in the helicopter and in the boat. All the staff at the boat launch were very nice. You are limited on how long you can stay down in the canyon as the same helicopter pilot takes you back out so that was a tiny bit disappointing but understandable. Once we were back up on top the staff again was very efficient in helping our family get unloaded safely and on to the rest of the tour. The helicopter and boat portion of the tour was great. The rest of the trip had some spectacular views (especially Guano Point!) but I can see where it would be a crowded mess when the high season is on. And getting food was an adventure in frustration and VERY expensive. Highly recommend Papillion as a fun adventure.

This was the most amazing experience seeing the Grand Canyon inside a helicopter. Our pilot was also our tour guide (Shane) he made this experience even better. Would do this again in a heart beat.
